Female Assistant Principal Charged After Allegedly Having Sex With Teen Student

A 39-year old female assistant principal at a Missouri school has been charged with statutory rape and other crimes involving sexual contact with a student.

According to a report filed by the St. Louis Post Dispatch, 39-year old Elizabeth Giesler is accused of having sex with the 16-year old male student at her home three times in April and May. She reportedly had earlier approached the boy’s parents and offered to act as his mentor.

Investigators released a probable cause statement which included claims from the victim that Giesler “performed a sexual act on him at her residence in April”, and that “they engaged in sexual intercourse and sexual acts twice between April and May.”

Giesler was the assistant principal at Ste. Genevieve High School. Ste. Genevieve is on the Mississippi River around 45 miles south of St. Louis.

The boy’s grandmother told Fox2 she thought Giesler was a “really nice person” who was “really going to do something for my grandson, but yeah she was doing something for him alright.”
